Scenario: If you are given a Presentation column name and you have to find all the Reports/Prompts present in catalog which contains this presentation column. How would you do that?

Using Catalaog manager tool  we can find the reports/prompts which contains the presentation column.

Step 1: Login into the Catalog Manager tool

Step 2:  Click the search button

Step 3: Enter the Presentation Column name in the search box

Ex: Brand

click the search button.

We can view the list of Reports, Dashboard Prompts, Filters and Briefing books etc… which contains the requested presentation column.
