How to create Nested folders in Presentation layer ?

I have 3 tables Customers, Countries and Times in Presentation layer.
I want Countries folder under Customers & Times folder under Countries.

put the presentation tables in a order like customers, countries and times.

Double click on the Countries table, under General tab, in Description field enter ->

Double click on the Times table, under General tab, in Description field enter ->

Restart the BI Server and Presentation services
